- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The receptionist at the dental clinic was a absolute rat. No friendly greeting or any attempt to make a first time patient feel comfortable. I was told I would be "next" to see a dentist. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be, and she said, "oh about an hour." And when I said she should have informed me of the wait time, the receptionist started getting defensive and started telling me off. So I walked out and did not come back. In the 20 minute wait, I enjoyed listening to her conversation with the other receptionist about how an earlier patient of that day wanted to "smash" her and how the receptionist told the patient to go "f**k" himself. And every phone call she had went like this "oh I have no idea, I'm just a casual receptionist, nah I dont know, bye." and would hang up on the client. Great customer service. Didn't even get to see a dentist, however by their choice of receptionist, I can say their dental work would be the same.ANON ANNONAugust 13, 2017
